If you are currently using certificates issued by an accredited certificate authority (e.g. PostSignum or První certifikační autorita) in accordance with the Electronic Signature Act, you can use these certificates (so-called external certificates) to log into the eFactoring application.
The external certificate is used as follows:
It is necessary to have the external certificate issued by the allowed certification authority, either by a previously registered certificate in the Windows certificate storage and/or exported certificate into a file with a private key (file with the PFX or P12 prefixes).
The storage of registered certificates in the Windows system is described in the Overview of registered certificates in Windows section.
If the certificate is not displayed among the registered certificates in the storage, it must be imported from the file (in the PFX or P12 format) into the certificate storage and thus register into the Windows system, which is described in the External Certificate Registration in Windows section.
You must then send a request for registration and usage of this certificate to the factoring company according to the procedure in the Sending Certificate to Factoring Company.
A detailed description can be found in the section User Login.
