The BBS Exports agenda has been renamed Exports and contains the following overviews:

BBS Exports

The overview of BBS Exports remains the same as before. For additional information concerning BBS exports, see the section BBS Exports….

PDF Exports

The overview of PDF Exports is a new overview in which the files with invoices issued to download can be found. The exports are carried out periodically (automatically) and one at a time (manually) according to the system settings.

A progression bar indicating that file generation has begun on the server is displayed upon generated PDF export file download (click the button).

The image soon disappears although the generation is still in progress. Generation is completed when the File Save dialog pops up. You can now download the file from the server to your work station.

Export Schedule

The Export Schedule agenda is used for carrying out manual (ad-hoc) export of relevant invoices issued for which the VAT date falls into the period from the first day to the current date of the current month. Invoices that are not tax documents with their issue date falling into the interval between the first day and the current date of the current month are also included in this period.
