Export Schedule

Warning

The Export Schedule menu is accessible only if the system administrator has authorized the client under whose name you are logged in to carry out such one-time/periodical exports.

If the corresponding right has been granted, you can administer the generation of PDF exports as of the current date (M* type exports). Through ad-hoc (manual) export, it is possible to obtain the PDF export with invoices issued the next day from its schedule and you do not have to wait until the next month to acquire periodical (automatic) export.

If you decide for manual (ad-hoc) export of the given type of invoices issued (M* type export – from the first day of the current month to the current date), the Schedule button turns grey. As soon as the export is generated, the button becomes active again and the next day you can again carry out the export of the given type of invoices issued from the beginning of the current month to the current date.

Tip

If you do not want to wait until the next day for the file, you can ask the factoring company for immediate generation of the scheduled export.

Example

On October 15, 2008 (let’s assume it is the current date), you decide you want to generate all repurchasing receivables for the existing month. If repurchasing receivables export is set and accessible through the Export Schedule agenda, press the Schedule button. The export will be generated on the basis of the system settings (the export will be accessible on 16.10.2008 through the PDF agenda) and the button will become active again. If no repurchasing receivables with a VAT date (or an issue date if the invoice is not a tax document) falling into the given period have been issued to your company, the export size is zero and the save button is inactive.

According to the contract with the factoring company (which allows monthly exports of repurchasing receivables), the file dated 16.10.2008 will be overwritten with the export generated in November 2008 which will contain all repurchasing receivables with a VAT date (or an issue date if the invoice is not a tax document) for the month of October 2008.
