The eFactoring system is designated for clients of factoring companies. The system primarily enables factoring companies to enter purchased invoices and liabilities and then to monitor their life cycle.
Invoice Entry
A purchased or liability invoice can be entered either manually or in batches. The manual method is suitable for clients with a smaller number of invoices. The batch method is suitable for clients with a larger number of invoices and possibly for those clients who are used to communicating with the factoring company by means of import of files in the BBS format.
Purchased Invoices
The basic agenda for working with the eFactoring system is the overview of purchased invoices that clearly displays the list of all purchased invoices of a given client. The set of invoices in the overview can be narrowed by entering various filtering conditions. If necessary, it is possible to display the detail of a selected purchased invoice; the detail clearly displays all the necessary information regarding a given invoice. This includes: supplier and customer information, basic purchased invoice data, the overview of invoices bound to the given purchased invoice, supplier payments and customer payments. It is also possible to print a number of different types of report files from the overview of purchased invoices.
Liability Invoices
Another agenda in the eFactoring system is the overview of liability invoices that clearly displays the list of all invoices of a given client which takes on the role of customer. The set of invoices in the overview can be narrowed by entering various filtering conditions. Limits
Another important part of the eFactoring system concerns limit overviews. A client can display the overviews of all of a client's limits, specifically: the supplier, supplier product and supplier-customer limits. The usage of the relevant limits is evident from the overviews.
Payments
It is possible to display the overview of cash flow between a client and a factoring company. A number of report files also exists in the payment overview; the overview records can be filtered.
Invoices Issued
An overview of invoices issued also exists in the application making it possible to display invoices issued by the factoring company to the client that are bound to purchased and liability invoices. The set of invoices issued in the overview can be narrowed by entering filtering conditions into the filter of invoices issued and also printed in the overview of invoices issued. If necessary, it is possible to display the detail of a selected issued invoice; the detail clearly displays all the necessary information regarding a given invoice. This includes: information about the recipient, basic invoice issued data and its items depending on the invoice type. A selected invoice issued can be printed from its detail.
Open Invoices
The agenda of open invoices as of a certain date displays the same data in the overview as the agenda of purchased invoices. An invoice is considered open if the purchased invoice that has not yet been paid by the customer or supplier or through pre-financing overpayment (so-called repurchasing receivables) has not been paid by the supplier. The totals of the settlement, interest, penalty, etc. are displayed in the agenda as of the date that you can enter into the agenda filter.
