The documentation consists of four basic documents.

The basic document that you are currently reading is the General System Overview in which you will learn about the basic system concepts and thus get an idea of the possibilities and the structure of the system. You can also find here the technical parameters for operating the eFactoring system. This documentation is designed for all those who are interested in starting to use the system and who want to become acquainted with how the system works.

The second document is Using the System. New users can use this documentation to familiarize themselves with the principles of working with the system although it often can also help experienced users find additional, as of yet unused, possibilities of the system that will help them with their work.

The third document is the User Guide, which describes all the basic system working procedures step by step. It is designed for system users and explains the working processes for individual agendas.

The fourth document is the Reference Documentation, which describes in detail the importance of the individual attributes. This documentation is tied to the User Guide and is designed for advanced users and system administrators.
