I Cannot Log into the Application Using an External Certificate

  1. The certificate comes from an unsupported certification authority. The certificate was not issued by a certificate authority registered in the eFactoring application. Please contact the factoring company.

  2. You are trying to send the same certificate; the eFactoring system did not find an entry with the same serial number. A certificate with the same serial number already exists in the eFactoring application database. Please contact the factoring company.

  3. The certificate validity has expired. Contact the certificate authority that issued you the certificate, request certificate renewal and then register the new certificate with the factoring company.

  4. How do I install the libraries for external certificates? – if you wish to login using an external certificate, you must first install the JACOB.DLL and CAPICOM.DLL library. You will find a detailed description in the Installation of external certificate support section.

  5. I have difficulties installing the Java library. Please contact the factoring company.

  6. Do you have problems with installing the JACOB.DLL and/or CAPICOM.DLL libraries? Verify with your administrator whether you have the access right to the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder.
