With respect to the safety criteria, each certificate has a defined validity period. Before the expiration date of the certificate you are using with the eFactoring system you will be informed via e-mail and a dialog displayed after you log into the application. The internal certificate issued by Factoring KB can be renewed by filing an electronic request for certificate renewal. The renewed external certificate, i.e. a qualified certificate from an accredited certification authority must be issued by the relevant certification authority. The acquired renewed certificate must be registered in the eFactoring system.
