The lists of available documents, agreement documents and programs to download are displayed on the Documents and Programs to Download page ( from the menu).
The appearance and content of the screen are fully dependant on the system administrator. The illustration below is thus just an example of what the screen might look like.
The called up screen can look different than the screen displayed from the User Login page.
The Available Documents box contains a list of documents (printed forms) which you can use for communication with the factoring company.
The Agreement Download box contains the agreements or terms and conditions of eFactoring application use or the issue of the personal certificate.
The Program Download box contains the necessary programs or libraries that you need to download for eFactoring application operation.

In the list of documents or programs, click e.g. the Notification Letter form.
The File Download dialog appears: "Open or Save?" If you press the button, the document appears in a preview; if you press the button, you will use the Save as dialog to find the path to the disc on which the file will be saved. After saving the document, you can edit it in e.g. Microsoft Word or Acrobat Reader.
