Use the icon to return to the home page. The icon appears in the upper right-hand corner.

Contacts

The Contacts tab on the home page of the eFactoring application displays basic information about your company in the factoring company.

The following information is displayed on the Contacts tab:

ID—the identification number of your company in the eFactoring application
Name, Co. Reg. No. – the name and ID of your company
Street, Postal Code, City, Country – the address of your company
Telephone No., Fax, E-mail – the contact information of your company
Representative—the contact person who is allowed to represent your company at the factoring company
Account – your bank account number

Contracts

Information concerning the finalized contracts between your company and the factoring company appear on the Contracts tab.

Product – the factoring type (factoring service) for which you have signed a contract with the factoring company
Insurance Company – if the factoring type includes claim insurance, the name of the insurance company that insures the claims is displayed
Contract Number – the number of the contract signed between your company and the factoring company
Officer, Correspondent – the contact persons from the factoring company
