The system allows each user to set up his/her working environment in such a way so as to be the most suitable for the everyday activities that the user carries out using the eFactoring system. The user can select the language in which the system will communicate (English and Czech are available in the basic version).

The individual agendas are used in the same manner and have the same ergonomics. Most of the overviews have a defined filter. A user can save and repeatedly use the filtering conditions that he/she sets. Generally, the overviews contain report files that allow the user to print individual agendas in various classifications.
