In order for a user to log into the eFactoring application, he/she must have a valid personal certificate file. You will receive this personal certificate file (electronic key) from the factoring company after you fill in a personal certificate file application. Now click the icon. The Personal Certificate File Creation (1/3) dialog appears.
Fill John Smith
into the Name and Last
Name items, enter 784512120001
into the
Personal ID Number item and
fill in the personal ID card number or passport number into the
Personal Document Number item.
Enter smith@yahoo.com
into the Email item. Enter London
into the City item and
United Kingdom
into the Country item. Enter the security PIN into
the PIN item to block a certificate which you
will be prompted to do when you attempt to block a certificate. The
Confirm PIN field is used to check masked PIN
values. The Path and Name of the
Certificate File Location item will be filled in
automatically with C:\Smith_John.key
.
Make sure the email address is entered correctly or the factoring company will not be able to inform you about certificate renewal.
If a file with the certificate request already exists, a warning is displayed concerning an existing file. If the user agrees with the overwriting of the file, the original file with certificates (and certificate requests) will be saved as a backup into the file with the suffix *_BACKUP_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.KEY added to the same path as the original file, where * represents the name of the original file without the suffix and YYYY = year, MM = month, DD = day, HH = hour, SS = second. The original file with certificates will therefore not be lost through overwriting; it instead will be saved on the disk storage of the user's work station. If the user does not agree with the overwriting, further generation of the request is not permitted.
The PIN for blocking a certificate must only be a number and must contain at least 5 numbers.
Press the button.
The Personal Certificate File Creation (2/3) dialog appears in which you enter the password you will use to log in with the help of the personal certificate file into the Password item. Enter the password again, for confirmation purposes, into the Confirm Password item.
Enter Heslo452
into the Password item and enter the same
password, Heslo452
, into the Confirm Password item. Press the
button.
In the lower part of the Personal Certificate File Creation (3/3) dialog, a blue dialog appears in which you must move the cursor around until the message "Your personal certificate file was created" appears. Press the button.
The Certificate Request dialog appears where, on the Holder Information tab, all data about John Smith appears; information about the certificate identification number, its validity, status, etc. appears on the Certificate Information tab.
Save this request on disk using the button or press the button and your request will automatically be sent and saved into the factoring company database.
After sending the certificate request, the Personal
Certificate File overview appears. Here, information
about your certificates is displayed. If a certificate has not yet
been approved, the word Request
appears next to the
certificate name.
